Is your body IVF-ready?

Most people enter treatment without realising how much nutrition, lifestyle, and metabolic balance affect how the body responds throughout IVF.
At Now Baby, you’ll get the structure and support to prepare in a way the medical system can’t.

IVF clinics focus on procedures.

We focus on preparation.

The medical path to IVF is highly structured — but it only addresses one part of the equation. Egg quality, sperm health, and the uterine environment are outside the clinic’s remit. Yet these are the very factors that determine whether your cycle succeeds.

This 28-day preparation runs alongside your IVF cycle — supporting the nutrition and metabolic steadiness your body relies on during stimulation, retrieval, and transfer.

It bridges the gap by supporting the nutritional, metabolic, and lifestyle foundations that influence implantation and early embryo development — the areas medicine can’t optimise for you.

If you’re preparing for IVF in your forties, there are distinct metabolic patterns to consider.

IVF success is about 33% for women under 35 — but by 43 to 44, it falls to around 5%

Once you have committed to the IVF procedure, you will want to maximise its potential.

While the IVF process focuses on a subset of the overall picture, you will want to strengthen the other factors that influence implantation and early embryo development.

The IVF process is expensive and invasive. If you were about to sit an exam where the outcome affected the rest of your life, you would prepare, wouldn’t you? None of us enjoys a repeat.

The key trio for IVF readiness is sperm health, egg quality, and the mother’s nutritional status.

It is within your power to optimise all of these foundations before treatment begins.

I know you are ready

You are fed up putting your life on hold and you are ready for the next phase of growing your family. You are tired of waiting for your fertility journey to be over so that you can become a mama.

No doubt you may be wondering when or even if, it will ever happen.

Pregnancy is a marathon, not a sprint. It will take a lot of resources and the best time to start preparing is now.

IVF Preparation — what this involves

Prepare your body for IVF, ICSI, or Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) with evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle support that runs alongside your medical care.

Across 28 days, we focus on the foundations that influence implantation and early embryo development:
• egg and sperm nutrition
• metabolic steadiness
• inflammation reduction
• the mother’s nutritional reserves

Whether you’re using your own eggs or donor products, your body still benefits from clarity, structure, and support throughout treatment.

From your initial consultation and throughout the four-week plan, this evidence-based protocol supports your nutrition and lifestyle foundations during stimulation, retrieval, and transfer — complementing the medical care you receive in clinic.

Sperm health

Sperm deliver 50 % of the genetic instruction for your baby. Even if the semen analysis was fine by today’s standards, supporting sperm health is a key part of preparing for conception.

Egg quality

The IVF process requires a much higher number of eggs to mature in a shorter period of time. This takes intensive energy. Ensuring your body has those resources available is important for supporting egg maturation and overall reproductive health.

Nutritional status

The potential of your embryo to develop depends on the resources your body can provide. This 4-week IVF Intense Preparation Protocol helps you create the most supportive internal environment for implantation and early development.

Begin your IVF preparation today for €895 — a single investment that supports your nutrient foundations and day-to-day consistency throughout your cycle, so you feel better resourced when treatment is asking more of your body.

Your personalised IVF nutrition programme

Mediterranean Diet

Your Nutritional Foundation for IVF

The Mediterranean dietary pattern is one of the most consistently supported approaches in reproductive nutrition research.
It focuses on whole, minimally processed foods, balanced macronutrients, and steady nutrient intake — all of which help you build the nutritional foundations your body relies on during IVF, ICSI, or FET.

As part of your IVF preparation, you’ll receive a curated meal plan based on Mediterranean principles, including breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks. These recipes are designed for real life during treatment: simple to prepare, batch-cook friendly, and structured so you don’t have to make decisions when your schedule is demanding.

A well-known study published in Human Reproduction found that couples who followed a Mediterranean-style dietary pattern in the preconception period had a 40% higher likelihood of achieving pregnancy during IVF/ICSI compared with those who did not.
This doesn’t mean diet determines outcomes — but it does highlight how whole-food, nutrient-dense eating can create a more supportive internal environment before and during treatment.

This is why the Mediterranean dietary pattern forms a core part of the Now Baby IVF Preparation: it strengthens your nutrient availability, supports metabolic balance, and helps you stay consistent at a time when your body is being asked to do more.

Male factor infertility and multiple failed IVFs

This couple had male factor infertility and IVF was their only option – but it didn’t work.

After multiple failed IVFs and FETs this mama reached out to me.
She had Poly Cystic Ovaries (PCOS) which was never considered as part of their fertility journey, as all of the focus was on her husbands issue.
Working with me in advance of their next FET, she improved her insulin sensitivity with a bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan, along with professional grade supplements.
The result – not one, but two successful implantations and a ready made family of a boy and a girl.

IVF success fallopian tubes

Both fallopian tubes gone

This mama lost both fallopian tubes due to ectopic pregnancies. After multiple failed IVFs she finally succeeded with the help of Now Baby

Even when the primary medical factors are clear, there can still be nutritional or lifestyle elements that influence how someone responds to treatment. For her, combining IVF with targeted nutritional support created the missing link.

Successful IVF after 6 previous failed attempts, aged 47

As we move through our 40s, the body’s inflammatory patterns can influence how we feel and how we respond to fertility treatment.

This mama followed a personalised plan to reduce inflammation and optimize her nutrition resources. This resulted in her achieving a pregnancy for the first time at age 47 and again at age 49.
