Vitamin K supports the absorption of Vitamin D, making this product highly bioavailable. Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin, so it is stored in the body. A daily dose of 3000ius will help optimize your levels. Levels of 50 nmol/L are considered adequate, however if your are having difficulty getting pregnant an optimum level of 80 nmol/L may be helpful.
This products is administered by spray, directly into the mouth.
Ingredients;
Water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifiers (acacia gum and sunflower lecithin), menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring (natural peppermint oil), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), antioxidant (DL-α-tocopheryl acetate [vitamin E]).
